Twenty
one miles North of Durango on the edge of the San Juan Mountain range
is a great ski mountain. Once named Purgatory, this mountain
and its' terrain will dare to keep one cognoscente, so not to be a
victim of this hills reputation. Sitting nestled in the inspiring
San Juan Mountain range Durango Mountain Resort will fill the eye
and the camera alike with incredible views.

With 1,200 ski able acres, 75 runs
and 2,000+ vertical feet, DMR will keep skiers of all abilities busy
and smiling for days. From steeps on the front, treed glades
on the back and three outstanding terrain parks all combined with
an average of 260 inches of snow a year under blues skies, the entire
experience will be a memorable one.

With a wide range of activities throughout
the year, and great winter sports, it truly is a Rocky Mountain getaway.
