Welcome to the User Agreement for Globetrotteradventures.com Inc.  This agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services under the domain of Globetrotteradventures.com.  If you do not agree to be  bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not use or access our services.

Viewing and reading guidebook information on Globetrotteradventures.com is free.  All prices related to AlpacaSweaters, Maps,PhotoGallery,and TripsToPeru,are agreed upon by you when you submit your information to purchase from Globetrotteradventures.com. Minimum shipping is included in your order and any additional shipping is agreed to by you when you confirm your order with Globetrotteradventures.com.

3.  Your Information
Your information is defined as any information you provide to us or in the registration process for placing your order.  Your information and your activities on the site shall not:  (a) be false, inaccurate or misleading (b) be fraudulent or stolen (c) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that many damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information (d) and will be used for the sole purpose of processing and transacting the purchase of globetrotteradvenures posted retail equipment, gear and products. We do not store or use your information, only to process your order.

4.  Interference

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent and we only use your information from your credit card to verify your name, address and other information , as well as to confirm your authorization.   We view protection of users' privacy as a very important community principle. We store and process your information during transactions on computers located in the United States of America that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices, which include servers that are 100% secure in which your information upon your consent, will only be viewed by Globetrotteradventures.com shipping and receiving departments who have agreed to legally bound non-disclosure agreements.

7.  Warranty / Return
Globetrotteradventures does not offer any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory for these photos, alpaca, iteniraries or maps.  However, it is our goal that you are 100% satisfied with our products and services. In the event that your alpaca sweater doesn't fit or you just don't like it, we offer a 30 day return policy for a full refund. User agrees that re-fund will be processed upon receipt of the Alpaca artical and determination that the garment has not been altered and is original, re-sellable condition.    In the event that your product was received by Globetrotteradventures.com Inc. and determined that the garment is not in re-sellable condition, Globetrotteradventures.com will return the product back to you and consider any future action null and void.  All PhotoGallery products, Maps, and Iteniraries (in TripsToPeru) are final. Purchase of any product on this web site constitutes a legally bound contract which adheres to the afore mentioned.

8.  Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR SUBSIDIARIES, EMPLOYEES OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR INJURY AND DEATH ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SITE, OUR CONTENT, OUR MAPS, ADVENTURES (HOWEVER ARISING), INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE.

9.  Legal Compliance
You shall comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes ordinances, and regulations regarding your use or our service and you purchase and use of all items.

10.  Submission of feature
By submitting a feature submit tee agrees to give full right of information to globetrotteradventures.com, including all content, information and photographs in order to consider, confirm and verify story.  By submitting this feature, submit tee also agrees not to hold globetrotteradventures.com liable for any compensatory matters and understands that submission does not constitute use and eligibility of feature.  Furthermore, submit tee also agrees to Globetrotteradventures user agreement and privacy policy. (a) Upon using feature from submit tee, globetrotteradventures.com agrees to use submit tees information with full reference to submit tee as writer and photographer to feature.   (b) Upon agreement and signature of our contract for your feature, globetrotteradventures.com, will compensate submit tee within 30 days, in fair market value standards for freelance magazine writer/photographer.  Average features pay $55,  and response to features is usually two weeks.  We hope you write and submit adventures as a passion for adventure and as a need to help other adventurers "Get out there".

11. Additional Terms
The following policies are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and provide additional terms and conditions related to specific services offered on our site. These policies may be changed from time to time and are effective immediately after we post the changes on our site.

12.  General
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado as such laws are applicable to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Colorado between Colorado residents.  We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation of our site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control.

13.  Disclosure
The services hereunder are offered by Globetrotteradventures.com Inc., located at 651 South 2nd Street, Carbondale, CO 81623.
